We are counting down the days until we leave for P7 camp! We have decided to do some fundraising to make the cost of camp more afforable for everyone.
We will be holding a dress down day in January, more information to come soon…
Meanwhile, we have been working on an enterprise project. An enterprise project is when you create a small business complete with a plan, a product and targets. We broke into 6 small groups and decided on items that we could make to sell at a Christmas Fair.
We hosted the fair in the Primary 7 classroom last Friday, 9th December.
It was a huge success! We sold Christmas cards, bookmarks, loombands, hair bows and more!
We calculated that our total profit was £289.32!!
Thank you so much to everyone who came and supported our fair. A huge thanks go out to the parents and grandparents who contributed baked goods and knitted items! Thanks also to the St Catherine’s staff who contributed with prizes and baking as well.
All profits will go towards the cost of P7 camp for each pupil.
